The Society of Saint Benedict was founded by  The Old Catholic Benedictines of Immaculate Mary, and The United States Old Catholic Church.

The Priests, Deacons, and Demonologists of the Society of Saint Benedict is a semi-contemplative society of priests and deacons who work in cooperation with Our Presiding Archbishop to provide assistance to those in the most spiritual need.

The Society of Saint Benedict believes in the increased presence of the devil and demons in our society and the deficiency of the many churches, preachers, priests, and other clergy to deal with these attacks. The Society of Saint Benedict was created to revitalize the practice of exorcism and deliverance in the church, provide support for exorcists and demonologists to exchange perspectives and ideas, and train the new generation of professionals.

Due to the protocol of the Society of Saint Benedict, all correspondence sent to any of the Society of Saint Benedict will be treated as personal or confidential, whether it be via email or regular postal mail.

The Church teaches us that it is divided into the Church Triumphant (which includes the members of the Church in heaven), the Church Suffering (this includes the members of the Church in purgatory), and the Church Militant (this refers to those members of the Church who are alive in this world). 

Because we are part of the Church Militant, we are in a spiritual warfare and this spiritual warfare requires that we recognize, as Saint Paul teaches us “For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood; but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places.” (Ephesians 6:12)
